We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead our Farmers Insurance agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to inspire their team.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the agency
• Manage and develop client relationships
• Drive new business revenue and ensure sales targets are met
• Set performance goals for the team and monitor progress
• Identify weaknesses in agency operations and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide training and support to agency staff
• Recruit, screen, and train new agents
• Analyze performance and draw up action plans
• Establish strong relationships with staff and clients
• Research current industry/market trends and use knowledge for business improvement

• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry or agency management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good leadership and people skills
• Ability to work on different tasks/projects simultaneously
• Ethical in dealings with clients, co-workers, and members of the community
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
