Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with policyholders, understanding their bilingual (English and Spanish) insurance needs and providing tailored advice.
Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls, addressing questions, and offering solutions in both English and Spanish.
Policy Customization: Design and suggest insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by bundling or rounding out accounts.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.
Requirements
Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Active insurance licensing in the state of Oklahoma.
Previous experience in insurance sales or consulting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and other related tools.
