A Customer Service Representative provides service to customers by handling policy inquiries, changes, quotes and billing inquiries in person, over the telephone, via text and email in English and Spanish (Bilingual). Products offered/serviced include Auto, Home, Life, Health, Commercial, retirement and college savings plans. Achievement bonuses available!

Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Assist team members with challenging insurance service calls and policy inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service to insurance policyholders in English and Spanish
• Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Assist in the Sales process

• Spanish and English
• Previous customer service experience
• Self-motivation and goal-orientation
• Strong organizational. and time management skills
• License not required to apply
