No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem!
If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this is the role for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and can earn AT LEAST an additional $20,000 in commission during their first year.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Generating insurance quotes.
Requirements
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Prior Sales Experience.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.
