About the Job
The Medallion Insurance an Allstate Insurance company is seeking a qualified bilingual professional to join our award-winning team for the role of Customer Service Processor to join a top-performing agency in Arizona! You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs inside our book of business in both English and Spanish. Through helping customers, you will also be responsible for assessing cross-selling opportunities and provide better protection for Hispanic households across Arizona.
We are looking for self-driven bilingual individuals who are A players. Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. Experience in the industry is not necessary. As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Hispanic customer base and delivering exceptional service to clients. Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to our marketing partners.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work alongside our Business Development Manager to streamline the lender experience in a fast and efficient manner.
- Manage daily email inquiries for new quote requests, product availability, coverage and policy questions and simple billing clarifications.
- Educate and welcome new customers to Allstate by explaining plan benefits while identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Active outreach to current customers in Spanish as well as past customers that have been quoted.
- Solve underwriting and inspection issues that arise.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task as this position requires attention to detail.
- Proactive in problem solving.
- Be a team player to help grow the agency, must work well in small groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Be willing to obtain an insurance license; already possessing a license is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
