We're looking for hardworking and dedicated Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agents to work our real time, internet-generated leads in our GEICO local office. Our agency works year-round to grow our client base and retain our existing customers who entrust their auto, home and other insurance needs to us. Our office will be buzzing with high energy and a friendly, yet competitive environment.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Learning the basics of GEICO Insurance and how to sell our products to potential customers.
• Quote prices and provide different options to each caller or in-person customer.
• Make (licensed) auto insurance sales, and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service.
• Educate clients on auto, cycle, boat, RV, home, and renter's insurance.
• Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A knack for utilizing data andprocesses.
• A high-energy personality and a love of working with people both on the phone and in-person.Up to 75% of your day will be on the phone with clients and the remainder will be working with walk-in potential customers.
• Punctual with the flexibility to stay and work a quote to its completion.
