Responsibilities
- Drive for Success: Demonstrate the ambition to achieve and exceed targets by effectively implementing our training programs and being receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Lead Generation: Utilize provided leads to generate quotes while also proactively self-generating additional leads to expand your client base.
- Client Education: Educate clients on various insurance coverage options, assisting them in making well-informed decisions tailored to their needs.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with referral partners through strategic networking and active engagement on social media platforms.
- Customer Service if necessary: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing their needs efficiently.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain robust operational processes when writing business to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
