Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative - Primary Location

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Spanish Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a base salary between $40,000 and $50,000 per year, with additional commission and bonus opportunities. Our newest representative, meeting the minimum sales targets, can expect to earn at least $10,000 in bonuses and commissions, placing the total earning potential into your hands for success. All leads are providedno cold calling is required. You will primarily work with our existing book of business to cross-sell auto and home insurance, as well as follow up on warm leads from clients seeking quotes.

Responsibilities

• Work with provided leads and the current book of business to cross-sell auto and home insurance
• Follow up on warm leads from clients seeking quotes
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Customize insurance solutions to meet each client's specific needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions

• Licensing Requirements: No prior insurance license is required, but candidates must be willing to learn and have a strong desire to make money
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish to help service current clients
• Self-starter who is self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer software knowledge is essential for this role
• Candidates should be team players with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as being goal-oriented and driven to succeed
