Our Client is a growing ophthalmology practice in DeSoto, TX, specializing in retina care. They are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Front Desk Associate to manage patient check-ins, insurance verifications, and payments in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The Spanish-Speaking Medical Front Desk Associate will handle all front office tasks, including greeting patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and verifying insurance. The role requires strong multitasking skills and proficiency in medical software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Process payments and verify insurance information.
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
- Use AdvancedMD software for daily front office tasks.
- Maintain smooth operations in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish.
- 1+ year of experience in a medical front office role.
- Experience in retina or ophthalmology practices preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software (AdvancedMD experience is a plus).
- Ability to handle high patient volume and multitask effectively.
