Position Summary:
As a Bilingual Member Service Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing bilingual (English and Spanish) support and guidance to our members. You'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively across various channels to enhance member satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent Service: Engage with members to answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide assistance with products or services in both English and Spanish.
- Multi-Channel Support: Manage incoming calls, emails and chat ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Problem Solving: Assess and address members' needs, offering thoughtful and efficient solutions to ensure positive outcomes.
- Data Management: Accurately document interactions, update member records, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
- Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues and share member feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Use bilingual skills to bridge language gaps and ensure all members feel understood and valued.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Fluency: Fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Experience in Member or Customer Service: 1-3 years or more of experience in a member or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
- Problem Solving Abilities: Proven skills in resolving conflicts, handling complex situations, and working independently.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
