We are partnering with their corporate office in order to identify Bilingual New Business Coordinator to join their Contact Center and New Business Department! In this role, you will work directly with future and current Independent Agents in order to ensure and maintain compliance with their life insurance licensing. This role will require a very high attention to detail within a fast-paced environment. You will be assisting clients via phone, email and chat.

Job Description:
- Analyze and process incoming life insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with life insurance agents or their staff via email or telephone to follow up on missing requirements or clarify information.
- Enter data into proprietary home office systems.
- Submit life insurance applications or contracting paperwork to the appropriate carriers through various delivery systems.
- Process paperwork quickly and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year in a processing role/order entry , meeting daily production goals and quality metrics.
- Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Organized and Motivated: Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High energy and excellent attitude
- Team environment
- Organized, self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
