Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• Answering, screening, and directing calls and inquiries

• Efficient data entry and database maintenance

• Organizing project schedules and mobilization

• Providing prompt customer communication via phone and email

• Scheduling and tracking estimates

• Providing administrative assistance to owners in various tasks

• Delivering outstanding customer service

• Handling supply ordering and payroll time clock data

• Assisting with new hire paperwork and workplace documentation

• Maintaining office organization and cleanliness

• Performing other assigned duties

Required Education, Experience, and Key Skills:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish required

• Proficient in Excel and skilled in data entry required

• 2-3 years of experience in an office or administrative work setting (required)

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

• Experience in Quickbooks Desktop (preferred)

• Highly organized individual with great attention to detail

• Quick multitasker, able to handle various aspects of a business efficiently

• Excellent communication skills, with a professional demeanor and a focus on high customer satisfaction

What We Offer:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

• $25–$30 per hour (DOE and qualifications)
