Job Description:
The Bilingual Patient Service Representative will work in a smaller clinic in Wilmington, handling front desk operations and supporting patient care. This role involves managing patient check-ins, scheduling, and addressing inquiries, with a focus on serving the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish.
- Provide information on services and assist with patient inquiries.
- Support the clinic’s overall mission of serving the community.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- Strong interest in community health and mission-driven work.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Medical customer service/reception experience (preferred but not required).
Additional Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, with a rotating late shift (12 p.m.-9 p.m.) on Mondays, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. the rest of the week.
- Type: Contract-to-hire (CTH), starting after two weeks of compliance.
- Start Dates: September 30th or October 7th (orientation at 13 Reads Way, New Castle).
- Reporting to: Office Manager.
