Requirements: Bilingual (English/Spanish), Lawyer in Good Standing, 4+ years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience, strong research and analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proven case management and client representation track record, ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.
Conduct thorough case investigations and draft essential legal documents
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation
Collaborate effectively with team members, including paralegals and support staff
