We are committed to delivering exceptional service and results to our clients, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Lehi, Utah.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of case management, including client communication, coordinating medical care, and preparing comprehensive documentation. This is a key role in our firm, and you will work closely with attorneys and other staff to ensure that our clients receive the best possible representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and attorneys in both English and Spanish
- Coordinate medical care and treatment for clients
- Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and documentation
- Draft and prepare demands, letters, and other legal documents as needed
- Monitor and manage deadlines, ensuring timely progression of cases
- Provide regular updates to clients on case status and progress
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support as needed

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Previous experience in personal injury case management is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
