IES Residential (IESR) is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Assistant Plumbing Instructor to join our team in Lakeland, Florida! In this role, you will support the lead instructor in teaching hands-on plumbing skills, mentoring students, and preparing them for successful careers in the industry.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:
- Assist in creating and delivering plumbing course materials.
- Lead classroom sessions on plumbing theory, techniques, and safety.
- Teach hands-on skills like pipe fitting, soldering, and fixture installation.
- Mentor students, providing feedback to help them improve.
- Help students understand plumbing codes and industry standards.
- Demonstrate safe and proper use of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with the lead instructor to assess student progress.
- Maintain a safe, organized learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed plumber.
- Proficient in plumbing techniques: pipe installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to teach and mentor diverse students.
- Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to student success.
- Experience in teaching or training is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
