Bilingual Production Manager at HotFoot Recruiters

HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading sheet metal manufacturing company to fill the position of Bilingual Production Manager. In this role, you will work with the VP of the operation & oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality across all manufacturing processes.

Position: Bilingual Production Manager (Chinese/English)
Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire
Location: Deer Valley, Phoenix
Salary: DOE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Implement and enforce production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless production processes.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• 20+ years of experience in production management
• At least 5+ years of sheet metal manufacturing experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
