Position: Project Assistant Manager Window Company (Bilingual)
Required Skills:
•Project Coordinator Experience with Windows and Doors
•Exceptional administrative skills
MUST be Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience:
•3-5 years of administrative project assistant experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Complete all admin functions following an order scheduling measuring permitting, ordering materials check sales orders for mistakes, and schedule installations and deal with customer problems and issues. Complete permit applications, provide admin support for all orders
