Bilingual Quality Assurance Support Aide - Lutheran Social Service of New York

POSITION:  Bilingual QA Support Aide – Unaccompanied Minors Program

REPORTS TO:  Quality Improvement Special...EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience working in social services, quality review, or another position where experience managing documentation of services can be demonstrated; OR

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Good communication and writing skills

Ability to work collaboratively with others

Superior organizational skills, resourceful, and able to manage time effectively

Experience and facility with Microsoft Applications
