Position Summary
A Bilingual Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks in two or more languages. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
Essential Duties and Responsabilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in multiple languages.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in at least two languages (e.g., English and Spanish).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
