Receptionist / Legal Assistant Position
A law firm based in Frederick, Maryland has an opening for a Spanish-speaking receptionist / legal assistant. We exclusively practice immigration law, with a focus on removal defense and family-based visas. We are looking for candidates excited to serve the immigrant community with compassion and diligence.
Ideal candidates would:
- Be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Be detail-oriented, precise, and diligent.
- Be personable and charismatic.
- Be comfortable answering phones and speaking with clients and their family members.
- Translate documents between Spanish and English.
- Serve as an interpreter between Spanish and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and familiarity with case management systems.
- Comfortable with docket management.
