Bilingual Sales Representative
Lone Star Cadillac is actively seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to assist in expanding the business. Sales compensation will be based on experience and is commission-based. The PERFECT individual will gain tremendous earning potential!
Work functions include but not limited to:
- Provides guidance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales area. The Sales Representative assists customers on test drives, develops rapport, and conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Pursues prospective customers, promotes effective sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
- Discovers and clarifies the characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles; and offers comparable and/or competitively priced sales options to potential customers. The Sales Representative maintains updated information regarding new products and services in the industry.
- Submits customer sales documentation to Finance & Insurance Manager, as well as proper documentation (insurance information, trade title etc.). The Sales Representative maintains complete sales orders and processes paperwork according to the dealership guidelines.
- Attends product and sales training courses as requested by Sales Manager.
- Meets the Sales Management Team's monthly and quarterly sales objectives. The Sales Representative sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
Employee Prerequisites:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw accurate conclusions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, correspond, and communicate effectively with employees, managers, and customers.
- Bilingualism is an essential component; both languages are expected to possess strong fluency.
- Automotive CRM software is an asset.
