What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in HR with comprehensive knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.

• Legal Knowledge: Expertise in federal and state employment laws.
• Bilingual Fluency: English and Spanish.
