Bilingual Sous Chef - Mon-Fri Schedule in Cambridge - The Hunter Group Associates

We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Sous Chef for a prestigious corporate campus in Cambridge.

We offer work/life balance, growth, and great benefits. Work schedule is Mon-Fri; wrap up the operations at 4pm Friday and be off on Sat and Sun!  Benefits include 100%-paid employee health insurance.

Qualified candidates most have experience in elevated dining, cooking from scratch--including Mother Sauces, stocks and soups--in high-volume environments.  Be able to  talk about how you'll set your employees up for success each day (prep lists, recipe guides, temp logs, etc)--this will be discussed in the interview!
