This opportunity is an in-house position in our Corporate Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time position that pays from $23 to $27 per hour, depending on related job skills and experience. Essential Functions: Works directly with a Loan Officer to process loans from approval to clear to close.Directs a Mortgage Loan Coordinator to assist with services needed on loans in process.Sends out new approvals to borrowers with a detailed list of additional documents needed for the file after initial underwriting, translated from English to Spanish when necessary. Reviews documents received from borrowers to ensure they are sufficient to clear conditions prior to submitting to underwriting.Organizes the title package, appraisal, and borrower conditions within the file for underwriting review.Updates fees and properly re-discloses the file.Ensures all required documents are received in the file prior to clear to close review by underwriting.Performs related duties as assigned by the Processing Manager.Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred, but not essential if balanced with relevant job experience.At least 2-3 years of professional office environment required, preferably as an administrative or mortgage assistant in a bilingual environment.Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, etc. and be able to discuss them in Spanish.Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills, both written & verbal in English & Spanish.Ability to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to manage a loan pipeline and associated incoming work to meet expected turn times.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and ability to quickly gain proficiency in the company's proprietary mortgage software products. #PM22 #IDPI6b6449b553cf-25660-35834077
