Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate attorney schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with the preparation of case files and maintain organized records.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing mail, and ordering supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role and strong medical malpractice and personal injury required .
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
