About the Job
We are seeking a Bilingual Store Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Refill of products
- Make phone calls to look new customers and current customers
- Answer the phone
- Manage money and reconcile sales at the end of the day
- Maintain clean and organize the store
- Support to inventory to count and compare product is receive with Packing List
- Reach sale goals monthly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (at least 2 years)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- *Must Speak Spanish and English
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Multitask
- Able to walk
- Able to carry 40lbs
- Be Kind and give good service to customers
- Efficient/Effective
- Detail Oriented
Essential Functions:
- Attending customers

Requirements:
- Speak Spanish and English fluently
- Have experience in Sales (Preferred Inside or Outside sales)
- Enjoy helping customers
- Team Work
- Have experience managing cash
- Manage computer
Education:
- High school or equivalent finish (Preferred)
