Our Team Members work with the Customer Service and Sales departments. The Team Members will be accountable for establishing best practices and refining processes that support customer care objectives and overall sales margins.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Contacting and engaging consumers from provided lead lists from clients, eventually progressing to developing new business and maintaining current relationships
- Answering questions regarding order status, payment, product, promotions, and technical problems related to the customer experience
- Displaying active listening skills, perceiving emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathizing with customers to enhance an overall positive sales experience
- Gaining product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and products updates
- Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service through promotional campaigns
What We Are Looking For In A Team Member:
- Experience in a customer service, sales, or retail environment is ideal
- High school diploma or GED
- A consistent overachiever with a drive for perfection
- Must be able to work full-time hours and have weekend availability
- Patience, empathy, and passion for people
- Confidence and public speaking skills
