Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
*This is not a remote position*
Bilingual Technical Support Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service requests for operational or technical support.
- Provide robot users operational assistance while troubleshooting their issues.
- Create and edit support tickets to accurately record and reflect customer issues; update customer records as needed.
- Assist in the tracking of analytics.
- Identify needed resources and supplies for the Support Team.
- Other related job duties as assigned by management.
Bilingual Data Entry Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Strong data entry skills and previous background in customer service.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Base understanding of software automation and/or mechatronics.
- Experience using both Google and Microsoft suites and working in various software applications, simultaneously.
- Knowledge of or be willing to gain familiarity with the sporting industry
- Be able to stay organized and pay attention to multiple tasks at once
- Be an engaged listener and communicate effectively
- Use sound judgment and critical thinking to make logical decisions
- Drug screening and background check is required.
