Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in training and development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for engaging and motivating others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for learning and development. You're a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual, English - Spanish

- Craft and implement innovative training programs that align with our company's goals and values, from onboarding new hires to ongoing professional development.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You'll be the go-to expert for all things training, inspiring team members to excel in their roles.
- Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and data analysis. You'll continuously refine and enhance our training offerings to maximize impact.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our training strategy.
Compensation/Pay: $70,000 - $80,000
