Supporting Collections and Dispute Management activities, this position focuses on Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical, and Radiology Bill to Cash functions within Order to Cash Operations. The role involves handling customer subledger postings on Accounts Receivables, resolving disputes, managing deductions, and providing project-specific support.
EDUCATION
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ year of experience in Collections and Disputes management.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience in Consumer Health and Pharmaceutical related businesses
•Outstanding attention to detail and adaptability to deliver world-class results across a
complex network of partners, providers and stakeholders
•Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
•Able to work in a collaborative team environment
•Experience in and Knowledge of SAP a must and HighRadius preferred
•Knowledge of Vistex, MediLedger, and Model N” for chargebacks preferred
•Experience in project management and implementation preferred
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Support Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical and Radiology operations in day-to-day Bill to Cash functions, including but not limited to, working with Operational team in Collections activities, dispute/deduction resolution and customer research activities within tight deadlines.
•Responsible for reconciliation activities in supporting daily operational analysis for Collections and disputes and deduction related activities.
•Collaborate with colleagues in US Order to Cash, Contracts Administration, and
Accenture O2C operational platform.
•Assist on additional ad hoc projects for Bill to Cash and support where needed in operational platform.
