Salary:
$23.20- $27.40 depending on experience!

The Biller position performs a variety of complex accounting functions for patient billing.
Biller
- Posts all payments and/or denials, manual and electronic to patient accounts.
- Reviews all payments and adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Prepares and submits clean claims to various insurance companies either electronically or by paper.
- Corrects errors found in patient accounts.
- Follows up on submitted claims; monitors unpaid claims and resubmits as needed.
- Processes patient and insurance refund requests in a timely manner.
- Answers questions from patients, clerical staff, and insurance companies over the phone.

Required Experience:
Requirements:
- Two years of Dental Billing experience.
One year demonstrated ability with solving complex problems with a focus on detail and participating in problem resolution.
- Experience using communication skills verbal and written.
- One year hands-on experience with answering phone calls and using computer-based applications in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated experience with data entry.
- Current and in good standing: CDL, vehicle insurance, DMV printout.
