Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Billing Analyst to join our client’s team in Austin, TX. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of accounting concepts and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
Knowledge of billing processes and end-to-end transaction flows.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strong customer service and business partnership skills.
Experience with automated accounting systems, preferably SAP.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
****EXCEL AND MACBOOK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities
Manage billing exceptions for the Americas region.
Reconcile billing activities across multiple business channels using automated tools.
Work on projects related to geo-expansion, system enhancements, and process standardization.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
Pay Details: $31.42 per hour
