Part-Time Billing and AR Specialist

Duties for the Billing and AR Specialist:

• Generate and send customer invoices.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients.
• Reconcile billing and AR accounts as a Billing and AR Specialist.
• Assist with resolving billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Support month-end close processes as needed.

Qualifications for the Billing and AR Specialist:

• 1-2 years of billing or AR experience preferred
• Proficiency in billing software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
