Billing AR Supervisor at KBW Financial

A healthcare company located in the Springfield, MA area is actively seeking a remote Billing AR Supervisor for an immediate opening. The Billing AR Supervisor will be primarily responsible for managing the billing process. The Billing AR Supervisor will perform the following:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee 3rd party billing reps
• Review outstanding aging reports
• Forecast expected revenue
• Reconcile forecasted earnings
• Provide guidance and direction on day-to-day claims work
• Build and utilize analytic reports
• Review denials and outstanding aged receivables

• 2+ years of management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Compensation Package: Up to $65,000 DOE
