Introduction:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Billing Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the agency, including managing schedules, coordinating payments, and handling a variety of invoices to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, efficient in all Microsoft products, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage and submit billing

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

establish and update excel payment invoices
-
Handle payment and denial discrepancies

File and maintain electronic and hard copy documents

Assist with Intake duties as back up

Keep accurate tracking logs
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred

Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and email

Excellent organization and time management skills

Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
