Billing Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Process new and used vehicle purchases for 3 dealerships.
• Enter Retail Vehicle sales
• Track wholesale vehicle deals
• Track Dealer Transfers
• Maintain accurate reports for all inventory accounts
• Clean and Reconcile Account Schedules
• Process Customer Trade-in Payoffs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some dealership accounting experience a must
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
