Responsibilities

• Serve as a pricing and product expert to enhance collections and customer retention.
• Manage incoming customer calls regarding billing and collections.
• Utilize department KPIs to gauge and improve performance, unlocking opportunities for additional compensation.
• Make outbound calls to address and resolve billing inquiries and outstanding balances.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through clear, informative, professional, and timely communication during issue resolution.
• Advocate for customers by combining empathy with a focus on achieving results.
• Promote company growth by creating positive customer experiences and identifying new sales opportunities.

• 3+ years of experience in billing, customer service, and/or sales.
• Proven numerical and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and related data management.
• Strong skills in customer retention and interaction.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and consistent.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in payment services or SaaS environments is a plus.
