Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Billing Coordinator. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Controllership team, specifically handling billing and revenue tasks related to Oliver Wyman projects. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly those who are comfortable with a similar setup and role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices into the billing system as needed.
- Gather and provide back-up documentation, such as expense receipts or billing history, to ensure payment processing.
- Assist in generating monthly reports to be distributed to case managers.
- Prepare journal entries to reclassify mis-allocated expenses.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on additional tasks, such as reviewing timesheets, conducting expense analysis, and supporting both internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while delivering timely solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly in a similar role.
