Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• accurate and timely reimbursement of Alro's vendors;
• resolution of vendor disputes and issues;
• processing incoming payments in a timely and accurate manner;
• improvement of payables and receivables systems and processes;
• internal mail room duties.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• previous accounts payable and/or accounts receiveable experience;
• experience with a 10 key;
• experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
• the ability to meet deadlines;
• the ability to multi-task;
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• the ability to work well with other individuals.
