Location: Atlanta, GA
Onsite: Onsite to start, then hybrid with 2 days remote.
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 annually + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the time entry process, report weekly delinquencies, and assist with month-end reporting, including month-end close assistance with the Controller.
- Supervise a team of 5 Billing Analysts. Address staff performance issues and participate in annual reviews.
- Provide training, support, and onboarding to staff and timekeepers, including billing system support.
- Process and enforce pre-bills, returns, and invoices, and serve as backup for billing specialists.
- Manage all aspects of client billing, including customized and electronic invoice submission.
- Prepare and interpret billing reports and spreadsheets.
- Implement improvements in billing and timekeeping processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in client billing and eBilling, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in billing software, particularly Aderant, eBilling Hub, or similar systems.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
