About the Job
A manufacturing company based out of Fort Lauderdale, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as the Billing Manager.
Responsibilities:

- Supervise staff while managing and processing invoices
- Work collaboratively with the billing management and operation to ensure that all billing team tasks are complete
- Assist billing coordinators regarding billing and staff challenges
- Work with billing management team to streamline and standardize processes and procedures for all phases of the billing cycle
- Maintain current documentation of those procedures & create new documentation as needed
- Conduct testing during projects, system upgrades and when needed
- Implement and maintain client rate agreements and billing guidelines as new matters/clients are opened
- Other accounting duties and special projects, as assigned by senior billing management
- Monitor staff productivity & provide ideas and suggestions on how to increase their performance
- Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects
- Support Month end and year end closing
- Cross train with A/R Supervisor and billing team to be their back up
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years A/R Supervisory level
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Manufacturing experience
- SAP experience
- Master of Business Administration
