Our Customer Success Team is looking for a Billing Specialist, who is friendly and delighted to help customers (and our team) update and fulfill the billing needs of our customers. Whether when answering their phone calls, chatting with them live, responding to an inquiry or thru emails. The objective of this team is to deliver a world-class customer experience while understanding the unique needs each project requires.

Great potential candidates for this position will possess (or passionately strive to learn) the following skills:
- Create, Revise, and Issue Invoices
- Track Payments
- Coordinate resolution and clarification for billing related issues
- Contact customers regarding billing related questions and follow-up on payment requests
- Confirm accuracy of billing
- Track outstanding payment requests and assist with collection
- Report on partner orders and submit info to accounts payable
- Adjust and re-issue payment links
- Process payments and refunds
- Maintain sales tax reporting and manage tax exemptions
- Manage shipping, discounts and other order related items
As you begin developing product knowledge for the products we produce, we anticipate you will share in a more consultative approach to help each business boost revenue, solve problems in their own business, grow their own client base thru the products Plastic Printers produces. Ultimately leading to your own growth within Plastic Printers to Client Engagement and future roles.
To qualify for application of this position you must:
- Reliably work on-site in our MN Location
- Posses the ability to make and receive 50+ phone calls a day (desire to speak with customers on the phone a must)
- Previous experience that is useful, but not required: customer service, sales, partnership relations, account management, business consulting.
