In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the organization's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives for our childcare centers.

Key Interactions: As a Billing Specialist, you will interact daily with parents, School Directors, and Assistant Directors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze reports from center management for accuracy, and compile data into spreadsheets for distribution to district managers and corporate leadership.
• Assist center and district managers in utilizing processes, procedures, and software effectively.
• Adjust billed accounts as needed due to rate changes, credits, or billing errors.
• Develop strong relationships with center management to enhance collaboration between field and corporate staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Maintain high-quality standards in service for both internal and external customers.
• Ensure all operations activities align with the values and mission of Children of America.
• Demonstrate passion for COA's mission and promote its philosophy, values, and goals to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle billing for accounts across centers and manage documentation and collections from government agencies.
• Analyze invoices and reports for accuracy and submit monthly children's attendance and invoices to the appropriate agencies.
