About the Job
PrideStaff Financial is seeking a talented AR / Billing Specialist for a growing local HVAC company. Ideal candidate must possess 2 years of Billing experience to include processing invoices, posting payment, account reconciliation and resolving client discrepancies.
Job Responsibilities of Billing Specialist:
- Process invoices, payment applications and statement of accounts
- Review and verify billing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Address billing inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain billing records and files in computerized and paper format
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
Skills Required:
- 2 years of billing, accounts receivable or related financial experience
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience in the HVAC or commercial refrigeration industry is a plus.
Salary: $22/hr+ and Client benefits package including healthcare benefits, paid time off, 401k matching and professional development opportunities.
