Key Duties of a Billing Specialist | Accounting:
- Invoicing of Samples
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Research and resolve customer inquires
- Customer account set-up
Special Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or 2-3+ years of work experience
- MS office (Excel & Outlook)
- Sage 100 a Plus – willing to train
- Bilingual English/Spanish- Plus
- Light Lifting for fill archive
