At CableCom, as a Billing Specialist, you’ll assist with various tasks including, but not limited to, running reports, organizing paperwork, billing, and reconciliations. Must have 1-3 years of administrative experience, good written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do as a Billing Specialist
- Prepare billing.
- Input data into systems.
- Put together billing documents.
- Speak with customer to discuss billing matters.
- Prepare and submit reports as directed by Supervisor(s).
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- Have basic computer and Microsoft Office experience, including Office Suite, and be able to work with digital calendars.
- Ability to use mutable software products.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary.
- Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely:
- Sitting - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily.
- Keyboard/mouse usage - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily.
- Standing - less than 2 hours daily.
- Walking - approximately 1 to 2 hours daily.
- Bending/Twisting - less than 1 hour daily.
- Occasionally:
- Lifting (weights up to 40 lbs.) - rarely.
- Lift & Carry (weights of 25 lbs) - occasionally.
Salary Range $20-23 per hour
