• The Opportunity: The Billing Specialist will be responsible for assisting and working closely with the Billing Manager to ensure everything is processed accurately in a timely fashion.

• The Exposure: The Billing Specialist will be the right-hand to the Billing Manager who will train, mentor, and grow the Billing Specialist within their role and beyond.

• The Role: The Billing Specialist will be responsible for the following, but not limited to the following:
  • Preparing bank deposits and delivering them to the bank
  • Processing cash applications
  • Updating income spreadsheets
  • Tracking new business
  • Sorting and scanning invoices

• The Candidate (You!):
  • Enjoy working with and interacting with people (both staff and residents)
  • Positive, team-oriented perspective
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a billing role or experience in a similar office position
  • Associates degree or experience equivalent
  • Means of transportation to travel between locations

Salary Range:
$40,000 - $55,000
