Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for performing administrative and billing tasks for HouseWorks and Companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely & accurate submissions of monthly/weekly billing for assigned payors
- Works with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate authorization of payments
- Assists with answering authorization or billing related questions
- Assists in preparing data, reports, and follow-up on projects
- Attend and contribute to billing meetings
- Provide support to the finance team
- Other responsibilities as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of proven administrative or billing experience
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with all levels of the organization and with external vendors
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google & Microsoft systems: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite
- Proven ability to keep accurate written records and documentation
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Ability to balance and prioritize workload, and have strong time management skills
