United Integrated Services (USA) is looking for a BIM Manager to join our team!
The BIM Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across all phases of construction projects. The ideal candidate requires a deep understanding of BIM software and in-depth experience collaborating with design and construction teams to coordinate various systems. The BIM Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the digital models are accurate, up-to-date, and meet industry and project-specific requirements.

** This is a full time onsite position located in North Phoenix, AZ (85027).**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead BIM coordination with various systems, such as MEP.
- Manage BIM processes, ensuring that models are developed according to project standards, and serve as the main point of contact for all BIM-related tasks.
- Supervise a team of BIM modelers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Develop, update, and maintain 3D models for projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and company standards.
- Utilize BIM software (Navisworks, Revit) to perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions with designers, contractors, and engineers.
- Ensure that all BIM documentation is maintained and updated as per project requirements, and that all teams follow BIM standards and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the BIM model supports project goals and schedules.
- Train project teams and junior staff on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with field staff to ensure seamless integration between digital models and on-site construction activities.

Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in BIM, within construction industry.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience in large scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of construction processes in relevance to BIM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and employees.
- Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a construction site environment (trailer office).
Language Proficiency:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Construction industry experience.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license. May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona to perform certain work functions.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for transporting documents, equipment, and other materials as needed. The role involves extended periods of sitting while working at a computer, as well as standing and walking. Frequent movement between the construction trailer and various areas of the construction site is necessary.
The position is based at the construction job site (trailer office). Even though the exposure of hazardous work conditions would be minimal, the employee may be required to visit the work area of the jobsite and thus be exposed to some typical work hazards that may be present on a construction site, such as dust, moving machineries, weather, caustic chemicals, noise etc. UIS would provide the required safety protection to ensure the safety of UIS employees and comply with all OSHA standards.
